Homeowners can reach out by phone or by submitting a request through our website. Once we receive your inquiry, we schedule a convenient time for an in-home consultation with our owner, Josh Walz.

2. On-Site Consultation

Josh personally meets with each homeowner to discuss your vision, goals, and budget for the project. During this consultation, he will evaluate the property, discuss layout ideas, address any concerns, and provide professional recommendations based on your specific property.

This meeting allows us to fully understand your expectations while offering practical guidance to ensure the final result is both beautiful and built to last.

3. Proposal & Project Scope

After the consultation, a detailed proposal is prepared outlining the scope of work, materials, and pricing.

Some projects are straightforward and can be quoted on-site the same day. More complex designs or larger installations require additional planning and will be delivered via email once finalized.

We take the time to ensure every proposal is clear, thorough, and easy to understand with no hidden details or surprises.

4. Approval & Scheduling

Once you approve the proposal, a deposit is collected to secure your place in our schedule. At this stage, we coordinate timelines and provide an estimated start date so you know exactly what to expect.

5. Pre-Construction Preparation

Before work begins, Walz Landscaping arranges for utility lines to be properly marked to ensure safety and compliance. Proper preparation is critical to protecting your property and preventing unnecessary delays.

6. Professional Installation

Josh is present on job sites to ensure the highest standards of workmanship are maintained throughout the project. Our team focuses on proper preparation, precision, and clean, professional execution from start to finish. We treat every property with respect and work efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized job site.

7. Final Walkthrough

Upon completion, we review the finished project with you to ensure every detail meets expectations. Our goal is not just to complete the job, but to exceed your expectations and deliver an outdoor space you’re proud of.
